Whatever your application, on site or in the laboratory, the Test & Measurement division can provide professional electricians and electronic engineers with hand-held instruments from the Chauvin Arnoux and Metrix brands.
For TRMS measurements from a few milliamperes up to 150 A AC
Small, compact and highly resistant, the shape of these clamps makes them particularly practical in confined areas, such as circuit-breaker boards, control panels or cabinets. There are two types of MINI clamps. The first series operates like a traditional current transformer and provides a current output (mA). The second provides a voltage output proportional to the current measured, for instruments with AC voltage calibres. Another model even has a DC voltage output. The MINI clamps allow True RMS measurements if they are used with True RMS instruments.
For quick and accurate identification of hot and cold points, the new RayCAm is the best tool you could have.
For each of your industrial maintenance requirements, Chauvin Arnoux proposes ergonomic measurement and analysis tools offering top performance.

The MX670 (TRMS AC) and MX 675 (TRMS AC/DC) clamps can be used to measure currents up to 1,000 A and voltages up to 1,400 V. In multimeter mode, the MX 675 and MX 670 can measure voltages (AC & DC) and resistances, as well as testing diodes and continuity. In addition, they determine the frequencies of the voltages and currents. Temperature measurements are also possible with the K thermocouple sensor, covering a range from –40 °C to +1,200 °C.
New: the multimeters with top metrological performance The C.A 5287 & C.A 5289 TRMS 600 V CAT IV multimeters are equipped with a 50,000-count dual display! The C.A 5287 (TRMS AC/DC) and C.A 5289 (TRMS AC+DC) offer high bandwidth (100 kHz for the C.A 5289) and a fast measurement rate. In addition to all the measurements offered by traditional multimeters (current, voltage, etc.), the C.A 5287 & C.A 5289 can be used to measure capacitance and temperature, by means of a thermocouple sensor (–200 °C to +1372 °C). 0-20 mA and 4-20 mA loop measurements are also available. The C.A 5289 also has a square-signal generator and a frequencymeter/meter.
