The Customer Relations Officer answers telephone calls from customers, defines requirements, writes up proposals, and manages orders in cooperation with the sales engineer and the distribution engineer.
The Sales Engineer is responsible for developing business in a specific geographic zone. He analyses customer requirements and proposes the most technically appropriate solutions. He provides training on new products to the distribution network. He forwards new customer requirements and suggestions to the Marketing department.
For export, the Sales Engineer proposes a global offer to customers: products, After Sales Service, shipping, distribution sales strategy.
The Distribution Engineer ensures the marketing and promotion of products in our Electrical Equipment Distribution partners’ agencies in France.
